4. Product Prices

   All prices displayed on the website include VAT at 24%, unless stated otherwise. Prices apply to stock available in our warehouse. Moto Market reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order.

5. Payment Methods

   The following payment methods are accepted:

   A. Cash on Delivery

   Payment is made in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. Cash on delivery carries no additional charge.

   B. Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card

   Card payments are processed through a secure online payment gateway using TLS encryption with 128-bit SSL. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Diners cards.

   C. Bank Transfer

   Select bank transfer as your payment method. Your order will be placed on hold until the deposit is confirmed. Please state your full name or order number as the payment reference. Orders not paid within 3 business days may be cancelled.

   Transaction Security

   All card transactions are processed through a certified, PCI DSS-compliant payment platform. Data is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher with 128-bit SSL encryption.

6. Shipping

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

   In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason, provided the product is returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.    All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of Moto Market or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moto Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this website or the products sold through it. Our liability in connection with any product purchased is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

    These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
